So i heard really good things about this supplement from close friends and after finishing my first bottle i can definitely see the hype!originally i was drawn to this because of the functional mushrooms for focus and recovery but with it being a preworkout i was a bit hesitant bc i’m really sensitive to caffeine. i started off with half a scoop in the mornings before my workouts and it turned out being the perfect amount for me! i had energy but no jittery/tingling sensations!! the mushrooms also helped a lot. i could feel the focus and almost a calming (in a good way) effect on my body during and especially after my workout!the mushrooms listed are good for focus and cognitive function so it did help me stay focused on the workout but also helped me focus throughout work as well! AND NO CRASH. thank goodness lolanyway highly recommend! good as a coffee replacement or a non jittery preworkout!

I have tried many energy supplements to fuel my cardio workouts and this one is definitely my favorite. I can bike and run longer distances now! After 2 months of taking this my lung oxygen capacity has almost DOUBLED! I really like the immune support, which makes it so I don’t get too run down after long workouts. This is my first experience supplementing mushrooms into my workout routine and I love the natural superfood aspect and great focus!I would recommend trying this if you are looking for a mild stimulant that won’t cause you to overheat or cause a massive increase in heart rate for cardio, aerobic, or anaerobic workouts!

The media could not be loaded.  This is my second time ordering this product. It gives me just enough energy for my work out and still manage to help me through my 12 hour work day. The flavor is good. Although sometimes it leaves a little after taste that I didnt like. I wanted to give more than 3 stars but unfortunately I couldn’t do to negligence on my most recent order. I was so excited to use because the first one worked so well. As I go to use the product I check the expiration date and its stamp 3/2023 I received the order 4/16/24. I can only find this product on amazon so I’m nervous to reorder. Hopefully someone will be able to rectify this. Overall I would highly recommend this product to anyone who gyms before work. It will keep you going. Just make sure you check your expiration date!

Didn’t get the pre-workout kick that I expected as I do with the competition. Taste is great, ingredients seemed great not impressed with product.

I workout early (5 am) and need a little wake-up before I go, I also workout fasted, just because I can't eat that early in the morning, so I like taking a preworkout because it wakes me up and gives me a little something in my stomach. I have tried a lot of pre workouts and this one is awesome--the taste is good, a little sour, but I like that, mixes well and when I lift weights it gives me a good pump and good endurance and lots of energy. My only complaint would be the price. It is pretty pricey if it is something you use everyday, but I guess if it works, it is worth it! Try this, you won't be disappointed.

I have been looking for an affordable, energizing, beta-alanine free pre workout to use and this has been perfect! I feel focused, energized, and comfortable (no itch or jitter) when I take it. I have used it for work, hikes, skiing, lifting weights, and as a substitute for coffee in the morning. The ingredients are very beneficial and the lack of sugar prevents me from crashing. Love the flavor and looking forward to more!

I never really was a pre workout guy, but I started taking cracked as a water supplement to get more in throughout the day and I credit it with boosting my day to day energy and helping me get in more water than I'm typically a custom to in a healthier way than crystal light. All and all I like its effects and it tastes good which is very important!
