PureLUX Comfort Cool Memory Foam All Positions Pillow Z-GEL Technology

Very hard to find a good pillow these days. This pillow is firm yet soft enough for great comfort. It does not flatten out either which is rare. It stays the same shape as when you first lay on it. The cool part of the pillow is not that cool once you put on a pillowcase but it still nice for your arm if you put that under the pillow to sleep like I do. This is the best pillow I have ever used and I have now purchased another one for my husband.

My neck hurt for days after using this pillow. It is so thick that when using it sleeping on one's back, your head would be lifted very high stretching the neck a lot. Also it is uncomfortable for side sleepers. Really do not know which kind of person would enjoy this. And there is no return policy for this item.

Everyone told me I needed to purchase this pillow - After a few nights of trying it - it wasn't any better than just flipping your pillow over for the cool spot.

Perfect but starts to loose support after about 6-months.

It's pretty firm, but my neck thanks me! It actually is about as firm as my memory foam mattress, and that actually is the support my neck always needed without my realizing it. So you don't get the soft downy effect I've always associated with bed pillows, but hey - I've turned my stack of down pillows into body pillows. This Memory Foam pillow is the one that goes under my head. (And I no longer need a stack of two or more pillows.)

CONS: the solid slab of foam is too rigid and will not conform to your body, the pillow being too high and hard for both back or side sleepers resulting in possible neck pain; the supposedly cooler Z-GEL blue is only on 1 side of the pillow; the case zipper is too short making it difficult to remove the foam pillow; despite the mfg stating that the odor is normal (how could that be?) and the recommendation to let it "air out " for 24 hours....I removed the cover and let it air out for 3 days and both the foam and cover still stunk; the cover is a strange slippery material and therefore requires a pillow case over it.Needless to say, this item is not suitable for me, and is being returned.

Love these pillows but you cannot get another extra pillow case for it and mine are all snagged up already so think about it before you buy that Mine came all snagged up

I have c5-6 fused. for 2 years now I need a pillow that supports. My neck bends down in this pillow and theres no support. My 7 year old memory foam pillow has more support than this. Its terrible. Your head ends up being on foam thats extremely flattened and thing.
