I have a slip desk in my neck I disagree with the people that have given us a negative review I don’t know how they can do that because I have found nothing wrong with this item this item actually has help me tremendously because if I sleep or turn my neck too fast I usually crack my neck which ends up Leading to a migraine headache I use the neck massager and after using it just one time my neck pain is usually all gone sometimes I do have to try it twice I had only use the heat on the neck massager me personally I’m not a big fan Of putting ice or heat on my neck so that part of the item I’ve only use once but I can tell you it does get hot

So unfortunately I have been living with chronic neck and back pain for many years so once I saw this item for purchase I quickly jumped on it but I regretted as much as I can ever purchasing it because literally the first and only time I put this thing on my neck as soon as I turned it on I felt like I was getting shocked by a lightning bolt and I literally almost pissed my pants and I thought I wasn't going to be able to get it off my neck and once I did get it off my neck my neck was in extreme severe pain for the rest of the day and night. I suggest anyone who's getting this for pain relief to not even consider it because oh my goodness I have tried a bunch a bunch of things for pain relief except you know painkillers which I am trying to stay away from and this has been the worst by far I have ever tried in the past two decades

The idea is brilliant since it's very compact. Most neck and back massagers are bulky. This one is not that great. There are minute pulses and no kneading action. The scary part is when you move your neck slightly, the electrical impulses shoots up in intensity all of a sudden making me scream. Not sure if I have a faulty device but it's certainly scary and wouldn't use it again

This unit will fit the neck of a small child. It's tight, uncomfortable and a waste of $.

For the price I was skeptical at first but I’ve seen mostly good reviews on it. So I thought I’d give it a try. I’m absolutely satisfied with this purchase! I use this whenever I’m relaxing 😎. Great quality and reliable battery. This thing is a life saver!

This was a replacement for the same item that stopped working.It was on sale and now I understand whyAfter 2 months of use it doesn’t hold a chargeThe return window has passed and I am VERYDISAPPOINTED

I really wish I could get a refund or a replacement. If possible maybe I just received a defected one. down my arms may I have a change to return it on time :( The size also fit my neck so it was always moving around.
