Q: How are these installed on the door? and how easy is it and how long does it take?

My husband used double sided sticky tape and it was very easy! Also the plaque itself is very nice

Q: How do I get the name up top and the title at the bottom as shown on the plate above?

By inserting a slash “/“ in the field for input in between your name and the title we will know to separate the name and title on two lines!

Q: If I want black font will it come on the greyish name plate show in the picture above, not clear?
