FIVE STARS DogBaby rocks, and my pooch Oliver agrees! Very reasonable price, good quality, exceptional customer service. The mattress part is thick, solid foam, not egg crate or shredded like so many inferior beds. In my opinion the bolster sides could maybe be a little firmer, but my dog says they are just fine to rest his little head on. The cover material is nice comfy "sheep skin" (but washable!). Ships super compressed and then expands when you open the package...very easy to put together. I do think these beds run a little small. I ordered the Medium size for my 18 lb. terrier mix, but he likes to stretch out, so it was actually a little too small. I asked DogBaby about exchanging it for the Large size and they sent it to me at no charge! And they did not require me to return the medium bed, so I will donate that to a local shelter. Above and beyond!

Great quality dog bed! Perfect for my Beagle, she loves napping on it! Great thickness on it as well. I have washed the cover once and it held up well. Would purchase more dog beds from here in the future :)

It's soft and easy to put together, but it runs a bit small. I ordered the large for my Siberian huskies (45-50 pound dogs) but I should've got the XL size and it'd be perfect. Other than the size, it's basically what I expected to get. It's not a super thick dog bed, so if that's what you're looking for then this isn't it.

This bed was just the right size for my older dog to lie in comfortably. She had incontinence issues so I wrapped the inner pad with waterproof throwaway pads and after an accident would remove the pad and toss the cover in the wash. It worked out beautifully, and was pretty sturdy- I did have the bottom fabric rip at one corner because I didn't zip the empty cover back up before washing it on "sanitize" but I was able to sew up the rip and put it back in use. This bed made my dog very happy during her last days before crossing the Rainbow Bridge

My old dog's big orthopedic bed was pretty expensive, and while it's still going strong, I wanted to pick up a couple more for different areas of the house. All the dogs love them and she's not getting around so well anymore so I want her to be comfortable. But I didn't want to spend too much so I picked up a couple here on Amazon: this one, and another for about the same price.This one is by far my dogs' favorite: it's soft, supportive, really just about as nice as the much more expensive one for a small fraction of the price. The other brand I bought here at the same time was much thinner, kind of crunchy feeling, not very nice. They don't use that one, but this one is in their regular rotation.

My girls love this bed. My first one, purchased in 2022, would have lasted MUCH longer except that a friend’s destructive dog destroyed it last month. My friend offered to replace it. So I sent her the link for the same one I’d bought in 2022. It hasn’t even lasted a month; the seams are coming apart and the stuffing is spilling out. I’m so disappointed.

For the price, the quality of the dog bed is fair, however, I was extremely disappointed with the thickness of this bed. I have a 90 lb labradoodle and ordered the large size bed. The dog is almost lying on the floor. I expected this bed to be at least another 1" to 2" inches thicker.
