Great product for swimming in the lake. They fit as expected and are a great exercise for my daughters very low muscle tone in her feet and ankles.

These swimming fins worked well in the water, providing decent propulsion, but they weren’t the best choice for someone trying to improve their swimming technique. The biggest downside was their weight—they felt fairly heavy, which made it harder to move naturally and focus on form. Instead of helping me glide through the water more efficiently, they felt like they were holding me back at times.While they do the job if you’re just looking for basic fins, I wouldn’t recommend them for beginners or those trying to refine their technique. There are definitely lighter, more comfortable options out there. Overall, they’re okay—functional but not ideal

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. As several other reviews mention, the fins didn't hold up for even six weeks. They were used for an hour long training every weekday for six weeks before the ankle grip tore down completely. There's a picture posted by another reviewer.
