Sturdy, comfortable, easy to maneuver, and do not stick. I have been able to cut everything from semi-soft plastic, to a patient's clothes, to bandages, to twine, wire, and cardboard. Wonderful value for the money, and they serve me well.

Cheap, effective
these are basic shears, good for cutting tough material and general use. I bought several in a few colors to keep them separated for use: kitchen shears, camping, first aid, in the car, and crafts. I run the kitchen shears through the dishwasher often, and have not seen any rust yet, but they still cut nicely. They aren't for precision cutting, and may not last as long as more expensive shears, but i'll keep buying em.
