Q: what are the interior dimension of this case?

6" long, 2.5" deep, 1.75" high - All measurements taken at the center of the case. It of course tapers toward the ends.

Q: How's clip the holding up? Has it torn off yet for anyone?

Mine is still working fine, but I don't use the case or the clip daily.

Q: will this fit oakley valves?

Not sure what Oakley valves are but it does fit my Oakley that are similar to what the ballplayers wear with the wrap around lenses these are about the largest you can buy
