Beautiful workmanship in terms of design however disappointed with the functionality. It is a cake stand however whenever the gold finish comes in contact with buttercream from the cake the finish turns white. I am not sure what type of product was used to finish the stand and therefore unsure if trying to correct the blemishes will lead to more damage vs not using with buttercream cakes. So sad for such an otherwise beautiful looking stand.

I'm obsessed with my cake stand, love it. I bought and used for a 14" round cake and you can use it for multiple cakes since it's very sturdy. One of the best purchases I've made.

Stunning!!!! I am so happy that I decided to purchase this for my wedding cake. It's even more beautiful in person!!! I was shocked at how light it was. LOVE IT!!!!

This cake stand is absolutely beautiful, however, the one I received has a noticeable defect. It looks like one of the legs was not attached properly and they had attempted to fix it. It has a bad soldering job near that leg and green 'stuff' around it also (see photos). I can't use this to display a wedding cake ! What a shame because the stand itself is beautiful ! The beauty of the stand itself deserves 5 stars, but I only gave it 2 stars due to the hassle of having to return it :(

This stand is very ornate and will compliment a wedding cake but the finish literally rubs off with the oils of your hand, so handle with gloves and be prepared to repaint it before using again. The finish is not as durable as stated in description, it is spray painted, so you will need to repaint before using again. I made a cake with a 16" baseboard and had to use a cardboard to build up the space between the cake and the cakeatand because it did not fit in the bezel of stand. It is sturdy enough to hold at least 60lbs.
