I made a batch of brownies as soon as I received them from UPS today. I used melted butter (instead of oil), 2 eggs, and vanilla. They turned out delicious. I might try making them with oil next time. As far as gluten-free brownies go, these are very good and convenient. Definitely plan to buy more soon.

This brownie mix is easy to use. The brownies came out moist and delicious.My wife is gluten sensitive, and enjoyed them. I usually don’t like gluten free products, but based on the taste I would never have known they are gluten free.
