Durable! Helps in stretching your body.
Due to covid, I am afraid to go to gym so i purchased this band and after using this... I am just surprised.It helps me alot while exercise. Proper size with a good elasticity. Fabric is also nice.Its very durable as I use it in heavy stretching my body. It is foldable and easy to carry.

this is very good quality stretching band.I purchased other bands but they lost their strength in just one day.But this is quite good.Used for couple of days by me and family members.It has very good strength that makes workout good.You have to push/pull hard and that will burn your calories.It comes with compact packaging which is suitable to carry even when traveling.
