for a very special Christmas surprise many many years ago my father + mother built a snow covered train board complete with village, railway station, airport + tree stand tunnel in the center to fit on the floor into the bay window notch of our living room for the “O” gauge lighted + smoke billowing model train present to circle around + loop through the tunnel.Mr Christmas’ location for a suspended looped track + train circling halfway up + circling around a Christmas tree is very imaginative + quite unique. although the product description gives no track or train gauge. it lighter + a bit less than “O” gauge. the design is executed very well.i can now imagine “HO” or “Z” gauge track + trains spiraling up + down + around a Christmas tree.

1 wheel is broken, Drive train works for 30 seconds and stop.
The coal carriage wheel is broken upon opening the package. I see that the plastic rod that connects the 2 wheels is too brittle and made of soft plastic. The main drive train runs instantly when I put in the battery pack. It runs for only 30 seconds and stopped, does not run again after that when I pressed on the start button. I have to remove the battery, wait for a few minutes before reinserting back, in which time the train starts to run again instantly even before I can replace the battery cover. Then it stopped and did not fire up again. There is no quality control obviously. The circuit board has got problems. The last thing is the black tracks do not sit properly onto the white track frame. Its just a little too small in diameter to sit tightly without bulging out from the white frame. The train might fall off unless you glue it down. Wasted my evening setting it up and realized the train does not run. I'm returning this piece of crap. Please consider carefully before you put down your money on this set of trains.
