Well my kid gaged trying this. I was hoping it would be like pediasure, just as a morning drink to cover anything the kids are missing in daily meals. Well now it's just going to have to be an additive to shakes or something cause it has an awful taste by itself. Fare warning to anyone wanting to buy. We even put Nutella, honey, just to try and sweeten it up. Did not work, and that defeats the purpose of something healthy and tasty. 5 scoops to one serving and only 10 servings per 16oz container. Not worth it to me. Now I have 2 containers to try and figure out what to do with. 🤦‍♀️

This would be perfect for a kiddo with food allergies and a swallow deficiency. I tried it myself and its not terrible but the consistency is that of puréed over night oats. So if you have a sensitive kiddo with textures this may not be the best choice. If you looking to boost for nutrients, weight, etc This item is amazing in baking. Due to the consistency and texture we chose to use it for cooking/baking to boost which has been amazing. The ingredients are amazing and the portion size to those of others is a decent amount for the price.

The instructions say to use 5 scoops, but I'm lucky if I can get my 5-year-old to drink half a scoop per day, even when it's mixed into chocolate milk (his favorite drink) with extra chocolate syrup to cover most of the taste. I love the nutrition this product contains and the fact that the ingredients are non-GMO. I really want to like it. I just can't get my child to drink enough of it.

My kid loved, has a creamy texture, taste very good, is vegan and organic, has good amount of protein, the best part is that it doesn't have all the crazy bad thing they add to formulas now a days.

i'll keep the two cans i bought and use it myself for post workout drinks, but it doesn't taste very good... it doesn't taste BAD, just not appealing to a kid. even after adding a scoop of nestle chocolate milk powder, my kids wouldn't drink it...it is a great idea, i really WANT something like this to get more vitamins and protein into my kids who only want to eat junk, but this product needs more development...

Excellent product for picky kids, but so expensive.Also kind of mealy textured.

I love that this product is clean, low sugar, full of vitamins and nutrients, amd it tastes great too! My 5 year old takes a medicine that makes him not very hungry during the day. We try to pack in the nutrients in the morning and evening to be sure that he is still getting everything he needs and is growing. I will make him this shake as a snack, or with his meal. It's delicious blended in a blender with ice, a banana, a heaping scoop of peanut butter, and sometimes oatmeal. My kids love that smoothie shake as a treat and I love that it's healthy, clean, and nutrient dense. We've tried a lot of other shakes and this one is the best overall.
