Amazing customer service by Finishing Touch Vinyl Art!
The decal that I originally ordered was damaged in the Amazon storage facility because it arrived with some kind of oil on it. I contacted the company that creates the decals to let them know, and they were SO kind and sent me a replacement. It's beautiful!

Too fragile
The decal looked great for a couple of weeks, then the tiny ends of the branches started curling up. We cleaned the window well before applying, but I think it's just too flimsy to stay for any length of time. Too bad, because I really loved it.
