JUST OK
Not a bad pan, but it is NOT nonstick....even with proper pre-oiling.

This is a decent enameled pan, NOT a regular cast iron pan
First of all, the description and listing title of this is confusing. This is an enameled pan, which is very different from a regular cast iron pan. Enameled pans have different care requirements than standard cast iron, and behave differently. Also, enameled pans aren't non-stick! If you are expecting a teflon-like non-stick pan, you will be VERY disappointed. With that out of the way, I compare this to several cast iron pans I've had for ages, as well as a few La Creuset enameled pans I've had.Likes:- This is a substantial pan that takes a while to heat, but once hot is great for searing steaks, burgers, and other high-heat duties.- It's deeper than my La Creuset pans, and a tad deeper than my lodge cast iron. This is bad for pancakes, but great for making anything saucy or splashy.- The coating is handsome, and so far is holding up well despite my using metal tools in it against the manufacturer's instructions.Dislikes:- The gibberish description that seems designed to lead buyers astray.- The handle is less rounded than all my other pans, and man, do I notice it. This is a heavy pan, so the corners on that handle are noticeable when you pick it up.- It's stickier than well seasoned cast iron. I only cooked eggs in this once, would not recommend. All enameled pans are like that, so that's not specifically a knock against this one.Overall I do like this pan for foods with acidic ingredients that you don't want to cook in cast iron, and it does a great job for searing burgers/steaks. It's not all purpose, but it is in heavy use in my kitchen and is holding up well. Price is in the range of other higher end enameled pans, your perception of value may vary.

Favorite Steak Pan!
I love this thing for cooking steak! It gets a nice, even and crisp sear. I load the pan with mushrooms and onions concurrently and they cook up perfectly. For a cast iron pan, it's easy to clean and quickly become my go-to. Very, very highly recommended!

5 star pan
I love this pan! I’m trying to get all my pans cast iron and this one is perfect. Love the white finish on the outside of it. Love cooking in this pan. Seems like something that will last me a long time.

Perfect even cooking
This skillet cooks so well because it is heavy cast iron that holds and distributes heat evenly. I cook potatoes in it often. I also use it to brown meats. It is even a great omelette pan. This is such a quality made product that it would make a great gift at any bridal shower or housewarming.

Ready To Go Right From The Box - Beautiful - Lifetime Warranty by Kana
This is a beautiful skillet. If that kind of thing matters to you, then there you go. It's beautiful. The enameled outer sides look wonderful. This pan can be used right out of the box without needing to be seasoned ( it's pre-seasoned ), which is a real plus. It's a smaller pan, at 10 inches, but works great for what it's for - eggs, grilled cheese, chicken breasts, smaller meals. We found it cooked evenly and without hot spots.Four stars because of the price, but we're very pleased with the skillet.Per Kana - this skillet is oven-safe to 500℉ (260℃), compatible with all stovetops, including induction and ceramic, and is dishwasher friendly.Kana offers a lifetime warranty on their cast iron cookware.

Good hefty pan, seasoning isn't non stick
The media could not be loaded. We've used this for a few recipes now and while we do appreciate the quality of the metal used I do have to mention that because of the porous bottom the non stick coating you get quite a bit of sticking in all situations. Even with copious use of oil ahead of cooking you still get bacon and eggs sticking to it.It does clean easily with just water and a sponge.
