What I did like about this product is how well it works and fast. Rub it in and ten minutes later you start having the pain go away. This is the best product on the market today. I don't know why this product only has 68% 5-Star ratings. I'd give it 110%! I got it as a free sample with an Amazon order, and didn't use it for quite a while. But one day when my elbow was severely aching, I remembered it. And Wow! Put it on, massaged it in and pain was gone. It's a liitle pricey, but it works wonderfully! Highly recommend it.

Works with in 30 minutes,but rather expensive if you need to use it more frequently

Got this for my 92 yr. mom. She loves how it started working immediately. Likes the pop open cap and soft pliable tube. It's not as cold feeling as Thera gesic but has similar ingredients. Her wrists ache and this helped right away.

I suffer with arthritis pain in my ankles. This rub is remarkable. I am pain free within moments of application. Thank you for making this.

I was so hopeful, but this product is not what it claims! It has NOT worked for pain at all. And the ODOR is SO horribly STRONG. It burns my eyes!! Give this one a miss!! I DO NOT recommend it!!!

Smells good, doesn’t seem to ease any pain.

My husband had a leg amputated 7 months ago, and wears a prosthetic. He had a pretty good fall a few days ago, and was having issues with pain when putting his prosthetic on and walking. I bought this hoping it would ease some of the pain, and it seems to be doing the trick!

Pretty much immediate relief and lasting. Love the wintergreen smell.

Works well. Used for shoulder and neck pain. Strong menthol odour. Takes a few minutes to activate. Provides decent heat and lasts fairly long. Expensive but worth it.

I recently tried this pain relief cream and I'm really happy with my purchase! It's true, the tube isn't the biggest, but a little goes a long way. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works – it's been great for easing my aches and pains. And can we talk about the scent? It's so mild and unobtrusive, which I absolutely love, especially since I'm not a fan of strong smells. I bought this product twice for an honest review allowing two different options about this product however the second package wasn’t so lucky getting shipped. The product exploded and some dried up I was disappointed in that. Anyways here’s my in depth review first it’s my mother experience with this product. She has a torn ACL always in chronic pain can never sleep at night always crying, tossing in her sleep, she’s tired everything went for surgery, physiotheraphy, and still in pain. She has to crawl up the stairs and going down the stairs she slides down on her bum. I bought this cream hoping that it will relieve some pain and maybe she can go to work allowing her to stand more than 5 mins at a time. I asked her in detail to describe her pain, how long does it last and does it allow you to feel some less pressure and pain from your leg her state was: she kept applying it every 2 hours still in pain she applied the product more then 5x times daily even more when it rains. Since she had surgery the rain affects her badly. She also said it heats up but she still can’t sleep, still tosses and turns, going up and down the stairs the product had no affect she still feels pain. The product lasted 3-4 days at least adding pain killers she’s on nerve pills to help with the pain she waits until her pills kick in only to feel no pain. I tested her out only using the product so we could see the full results and sadly this cream wasn’t for her. It did absolutely nothing for her so I wouldn’t recommend this product for someone with any serious leg injuries/ torn ACL or balding discs on their legs to their spine. I would rate this product a 1 star for her. This product did make her feel more pain since it loosen up the blood flow allowing her to feel more pain and pressure on her legs. As for me I would rate this product a 3 stars since my mother is injured I do everything around the house I’m practically the caregiver for her. I had some pain on my neck, shoulders and lower back and it did act fast bower didn’t last very long give it take a couple of hours 2-3 at most after taking some pain killers. The smell is wonderful, love it. Would I use it again maybe I’m unsure since my second tube exploded and thus couldn’t use it however when I did use it using the first purchase it worked as I said on contact but didn’t last long. My pain killers work better than this product sadly. For $19.00 there’s other brands that work better and for a few dollars off with more product inside them. Your getting half a tube practicality and depending on how much you use the product. I would have liked to give this product a week trail with me since I don’t have chronic pain but only basing my experience/ review on when I applied the product it was temporarily relief like a couple of hours before I sadly had to take pain killers. I was looking forward to dropping the pills and be able to feel some relief however I cannot recommend this product to anyone for little amount of product and price. For some it may work better but everyone is different you’re playing hard ball with this one. You could get it to try for your own experience but our experiences on someone with chronically recurring pain to oh I’m in pain need something fast to relief this acing pain it was again meh. For some it worked but we weren’t so lucky and due to our packing again disappointed. About the product it’s white cream which heats up fast in your hands and smells wonderful in my opinion. It smells minty, mixed with A535, Icy cold smell. Be sure to wash your hands after it may burn your hands a bit.
