Ich durfte das âBrahmi Bio Pulver- 100g â von Biotiva ĂŒber Amazon testen. Zur Wirksamkeit von Brahmi als konzentrationsförderndes Mittel gibt es mittlerweile zahlreiche Studien. Was bei allen Studien klar wird: Die Wirkung entfaltet sich erst nach etwa 8 bis 12 Wochen der kontinuierlichen Einnahme. Somit kann ich nach 4 Wochen noch nicht viel sagen. Ich bin zufrieden, das Produkt Brahmi in reiner Form und in Bio-QualitĂ€t einfach und zuverlĂ€ssig bestellen zu können.

Gutes Produkt!
Hab es morgens zum Arbeiten und abends zum Schlafen probiert und zumindest bei der Konzentration hilft es mir, beim TrĂ€umen könnte es auch eher so eine Art Placebo-Effekt sein oder ich fĂŒhl mich halt morgens frischer, weil ich auch morgens etwas davon zu mir nehme, in jedem Fall mal einen Versuch wert fĂŒr alle, die es fĂŒr diese Zwecke verwenden wollen!
