Great product, HORRIBLE SERVICE
Product looks fine but with a HUGE dent. Not seller fault Amazon please stop ruining and damaging good products. I would give it better stars but it’s an obvious HUGE dent. Not happy at all

The towel rack is functional but unsteady. The arm move too much no matter how much it is tightened. Pull a towel off and the one on the next arm hits the floor. I keep in my shower and it looks cute.

It's okay
This will work for now, but I don't see me keeping it long term. It came missing an end cap and it pretty tippy, but it does hold towels and serves it purpose for what I need right now. The bars are not as spaced as they lookin the picture. I have fluffy towels and they touch when you hang one on each rung.
