**Buyer Beware** Unfair Business Practices
Recently purchased an ADB for a domestic AC that I bought elsewhere. Product was fine, no issues. The A/C was broken on arrival and I couldn’t use this ADB anymore since the unit was returned and not replaceable due to availability. The part where things went sour was when I HAD to return the ADB, first they charged me to ship it back ($10*)then they charged me 50% restocking fee ($77.50) to throw the unused, brand new item on the shelf for the next sucker to buy at full price. Businesses like this should be barred from selling to the public and are one of the main reasons brands get a bad name. My suggestion, look for it on EBay or a local RV provider. They are relatively easy to get, learn from my mistake of dealing with “businesses” like this.

Missing Grille cover and filter !!!
Product works great but they did not send the grille cover or filter which are clearly shown in the product picture. And how do you contact this company, no contact info like they are hiding. All I ask is you send me the grill and filter on the part I ordered.
