All great stuff .... except for one thing!!!!
I loved this party box for my daughters "Neon themed Birthday party". The kids loved all the stuff that comes inside. The one thing that I read with other reviews, and it held true for my box as well, is that the black balloons with the stars on them SMELL SOO BAD!!! They literally smell like gasoline or somehting. I left the bag opened on my back deck for a few days and that seemed to help a little bit. Other than that, I loved it all and would have given 5 stars if not for the smelly balloons!!!!!

These is a great pack but the balloons leave colors all over you!! It’s like they are legit painted with paint and your lips and fingers will be colored

Really, really neon!
The letters are very bright and everything started glowing before I turned on the black light!

Popping balloons
All the black balloons with colored stars popped out of nowhere a few minutes after being browned. Also, the purple ones did pop. It was not so easy to blow them and I used a pump.
