Update: while getting to the end of the bottle, I noticed one day that there was a black substance in the gel. I dumped the rest out and a whole lot of the black substance came out with the rest of the face gel. I've never had a face product, natural or otherwise, have this issue. Gotta say, it was pretty disgusting.I've been using this for over a month now. Some observations:-At first, I'll be honest, I didn't care much for the scent. It was fine in the bottle, but once applied to the face, it smelled almost like licorice, oddly enough. However, now I actually have grown to like the scent, finding it very refreshing.-It cleans the face well, without stripping the skin.-It's not drying.-It doesn't do anything for acne; it doesn't irritate my skin, but it certainly doesn't "soothe" it either.-Didn't lessen the appearance of my pores.It's a nice natural cleanser, but I think I'll stick with my cheaper Burt's Bees for now. This one didn't really do enough, if anything at all, to warrant the extra 10 dollars.

I love this product as I’ve bought it from my esthetician in the past but the convienece of prime was hard to pass up- I will try it even though I am sceptical of this new label I’ve never seen anywhere >.<

Very gentle cleanser and smells good
