Bamix Classic Hand Held Food Processor, 160 W, Red

I wanted the best out there and even though it was mighty expensive I bought it only to finally open it months later and it didn't have the blade that would blend the mixture so it is relatively useless.

Very good item just not easy to clean as the whisk part does not come off - but you just deal with that

Pricey and tbh I don't think it's as powerful as the one I bought in sainsburys 25 years ago that it was bought to replace. But hopefully for the price, this one will last another 25 years.

I don't have a kitchen full of gadgets as they're such a faddy thing taking up space. But this is an essential item...gets used almost every day. It's well designed, well built and exceptionally sturdy . Easy to operate: great that it has a slower speed to break food down before blitzing on high speed. Super easy to clean: I take mine straight from what I've used it on to the sink and can clean all the way to half way up the stick without fear of getting water in its mechanism. I'm cautious when installing/removing the blade...better safe than sorry. Couldn't be without my Bamix now....it's as essential as my vacuum!
