I have ordered this item more than once and have never had a problem with it. However this time on delivery, it came with no lid only the silver seal stopping it from leaking everywhere, which I thought was weird. Going to make storage of it difficult now once opened

It works
Used to physically have to clean fish tank every so often but this has prolonged the cleanliness of the tank. I'd go as far as saying it even cleans the filter..

WHAT no lid!!!
Great product, the only problem is that the lid was missing, packaging was not damaged nothing loose inside the box, so the only thing that could have happened is, it was sent without a lid, once open how do I re-seal it!
