I love this kit for its value and quality of products. I only needed the scale and grippers, but the pliers and scissors are great to have too. All the Googan products I own seem to be high quality at a value price. I highly recommend this product.

I bought the scale to take on a on a fishing trip and by the time I was ready to weigh a fish the scale was already broke. I took it home and replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t work. Tried to contact the company and when I go to the contact page it tells me that I need to fill out a form below but there is no form below.Edit: after a few months I finally decided to open it up and look on the inside and found that the wire from the batteries to the circuit board was broke. So all I did was strip back the insulation from the wire and wrapped them together and used the tip of a feral (metal piece) and crimped them together. Then I found a piece of plastic wrap and melted it around the metal to make sure the circuit board doesn’t get fried.Note: if if you don’t have a feral and you are a good with a soldering iron you can solder them together and melt a piece of plastic around it to ensure the open metal doesn’t fry the circuit board or a wire nut should get the job done I just didn’t have a wire nut.And note that I am an experienced electrician so if you don’t not know much about electricity I would send the scale back or talk to an electrician.
