What we got was not exactly what the picture shows here, our kitties only use the 35 lbs = 50 lbs of clumping litter. These came as half folded carrier bags, and when we first poured it out into the trays it was much smaller than our kitties prefer. We gave these to our neighbor as this isn't something I would ever dream of returning, lol. I learned that even when I look close to the fine print on the bags I cannot assume they contain what we were buying locally. This litter was smaller than ours, more sand like than pebble. I have tried many different kitty litters and I prefer this one . I have two cats that use one litter box, and this product controls odors very well. The price was great for 40 pounds, but be careful where shipping charges are concerned, they may exceed the cost of the litter.

it agrees with the cats its a safe litter and keeps the odors down, and absorbs wetness,and it goes a long way
