Works on my nails
Not sure if it’s a placebo effect but I swear I notice a difference when I take these pills. I notice it most in my nails. Usually my nails are pretty brittle and break easily but they feel crazy thick and strong when I take these consistently. I wish I noticed a difference in my skin but I still take it anyway. They’re super small so they’re easy to swallow. There’s no taste so it’s really easy to add it to my daily routine.

Biotin is not having any effect
I have taken Biotin for a while (a few years), I ordered this instead of my usual brand. I have noticed no benefit from taking it...so I am going back to my regular brand (Nature Made). Perhaps it's just me, but I have not noticed any benefit in my hair, skin, or nails, taking this product. Would not buy again.
