The rope rim wrap was not attached to my drum, it was just plonked in the case underneath my drum as shown above (I'm just grateful it was not missing that would have been far worse). I'm pretty sure it should have been placed on my drum when I unboxed my order giving me the choice to take of the wrap if and when I choose to, and not the way that I found it (that's just slapdash). I managed to get it on the drum but sometimes as soon as I had picked up my drum and placed it inside my case the wrap rolled off. Which gave me the impression back then, that maybe the wrap wasn't wide or long enough to meet top and bottom and either end comfortably without coming off. The centre plug underneath sometimes drops off, it's not a secure fit as it should be. (This is not my 1st tongue drum, so I know how tongue drums should be). The solution I was given was absurd ridiculous and ludicrous for me to do to an expensive instrument.For the way that I was presented with this order and the solutions given to me, I am only giving them 3 stars instead of 5 and I'm being generous, because this is a beautiful drum that is well tuned.

The media could not be loaded.  First things first: right out of the box I was impressed with the gig bag it comes with - complete with carry strap. Really handy and always helpful to be able to transport an instrument easily. It also came with a spare set of number stickers, two drum sticks and rubber balls to go on the end of them, some finger rings and a little song book with some basic tunes to get you started.Onto the drum itself. It looks beautiful, no sharp edges or anything and rings at the slightest touch which feels almost like you’re carrying something magical. It’s lovely and loud and the resonance on it is amazing. Practically I’m still experimenting with the best place on each tongue to get a clear note but as for ease of playing I already know Mary Had A Little Lamb and Twinkle Twinkle and I’ve been able to teach my four year olds the beginning line of each of those so it’s very simple to learn.A lovely musical addition to the collection!

Delivery was faster than stated and drum is just the most wonderful instrument. The tone is so relaxing and it looks so elegant too! The case and belt are also very good quality and although the little book that comes with it only contains the most basic of tunes my partner was delighted to be able to play twinkle twinkle little star as he had never played a thing on any instrument ever before! Loving it!!!

A great sounding instrument and looks good too. Sadly the gig bag zip is broken and this loses the review one star. I am trying to to get a replacement bag rather than do a refund/reorder.

I sent this to my niece for her 2nd birthday and the feedback was very positive. She loves it, as do her parents.

Wonderful drum, beautiful sound. I love that there's different ways to play it that create different sounds, I prefer just playing with my hands, but it comes with beaters and finger beaters too, and each one makes a very different response from the drum. Very happy with my purchase 😊
