Cheap and cheerful! Does NOT include a monitor, keyboard or speakers as listed!
The PC itself is okay (although not upgradeable to Win 11 in the future, but I knew that in advance) but the listing clearly stated monitor, keyboard and speakers included. This was not the case and I had to buy those elsewhere.I have had no feedback from the supplier on the missing items and they're still listed with the accessories - don't be fooled!!

NO WIN 10 ACTIVATION CODE CME WITH DELL 3020
IT WAS NOT HELPFUL THAT THIS P.C. DID NOT HAVE A WIN10 ACTIVATION CODE SENT WITH IT.INSTEAD i HAD TO GET HOLD OF AN ENGINEER TO FIND SUCH A CODE AND THEN ACTIVATE IT FOR ME ALL COST £35.WHY THIS DREADFUL OMMISSION?

Windows 10 installation errors
There were errors in the installation of Windows 10 which cost me £85.00 to have rectified. Not all of the charge was for this problem various of there issues were addressed by the consultants at the same time. I had to deliver and collect the computer from the office of the consultants.

Speed of loading from power.
Very quick response rimes times but, unfortunately doesn't support Windows 11, however I can live with that. I'm wondering what it may be like running Ubuntu.
