You receive two velvet pouches, and two plastic zippered pouches for protection. The velvet pouches fit into the plastic pouches for additional protection. The construction seems very high quality and they fit my tallit (large traditional) and tefillin perfectly. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.
