I am doing an edit of my initial review!The company has reached out to me twice, the 1st time I didn't receive a notification telling me they responded, but the second time I did. They have offered to replace the damaged pieces at no cost to me. That was very considerate and a great show of customer service! I truly appreciate them for that gesture. Because of this amazing customer service I will be giving 5 stars.Original Review:First of all the instructions were lacking. My tent didn't even come with a picture diagram. I had to go online to YouTube to find a video. I found one but it was a review of the product. So, it took about 2 hours to figure this out and assemble! Whereas, it should have been a 30 minute assembly. The covering was a little hard to navigate, bur again we got it figured out. Now, the parts which are 95% PVC pipes and connectors are not the sturdiest. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, and both are boys. Needless to say within a week of assembling they were playing and one of them pulled on one of the side pipes and it bent in half. I've been to Home Depot and Lowes both and neither one has the size that is needed to replace the bent piping. As a child's play tent this should come with at least 2 of each size replacement, as most companies foresee these types of events and help us as parents prepare for them. So for the $80 spent I would have loved to give this 5 stars. Despite 2 missing pieces of pipe, my kiddos still climb in it and play even though it is bowed in on both sides. If someone could just point me in the right direction to replacement tubing that would be great!

While it is very cute and my grandson loves it, the photos on the listing are not accurate. There is not a play mat, no Pom Pom flags or animal flags.
