Worth for each Penny !
Writing this review after 2 years 10 month use. The material is sturdy.The purpose is solved and I have recommended it for my friends as well. The food remains hot for hours (8 to 10 hrs), unless if we don't pack hot and cold/warm stuffs in the same box. For best results i used to keep hot water in the container for few minutes before packing and the food remains hot even for 16 hrs.PS. One minor observation was the screeching sound coming while we use metal spoons to have food directly from the container. I am using Plastic spoons now. :)

Even in winter it maintains heat pretty well for almost 5 to 6 hours

Very Good Product but a bit heavy
Heat Retension is superb, keeps food warm for 6hrs, no need to reheat. However very difficult to close the lids while packing hot food.Also sometimes lids dont close properly.Weight is on higher side making it difficult to carry.

It doesn't keep food hot for even 5 hrs in summers
It doesn't keep food hot for long. I pack the food on 9:00 am and do my lunch on 2pm. And after 5 hours the food is just ok (close to cold). Before this I had an electric lunch box and believe me that's the best option for the office goers. Switched to this1 bcoz kayi baar electric waale ko plug krna bhool jata tha(due to being busy in work) moreover coronavirus ke chalte I don't want office boy to touch my bag to get the lunch box out. But not very happy with this1. Abhi summers me ye haal hai to winters me I don't think it(lunchbox) will do the job. I think the biggest reason of not keeping the food hot is the main dhakkan of the lunch box. Cello has given a push button to open it. It doesn't keep it that tight due to which it can't keep the vacuum locked.WASTED MY 2800RS ON THIS.BEST PART is the small handles on boxes to pick them out of the lunch box.***Update***My wife's trick workedFill the hot water in last box.. it does the job 👍

Too hot to handle
By far the best vacuum box I have used. Writing this review after 1 month of purchase to see the effectiveness sustainability. My lunch gets packed by 7 am and I have lunch at 1pm (6hrs gap) and the food is fresh (especially. Breads) and hot. Stylish, easy to carry. Only issue is with the bag which is not upto the expected quality. A suggestion to manufacturer, " the spelling of vacuum is wrong" picture attached
