My insurance will only supply omeprazole (aka Prilosec)which is a med I cannot physically tolerate. It is one of a few conditions my rx plan doesn't cover and there are no exceptions, prior authorizations, etc possible for a different med so I have to buy my own supply. I'm not complaining, just explaining- I am so grateful to have insurance and for the many things they do cover. In my perfect world, Dexilant (dexlansoprasole) would be available as generic or OTC by now and would be just as affordable, but even with it's original patent expiration in 2017, their is still no generic available. The next best for me is Lansoprazole (aka Prevacid) which brings me here. The lowest price I have found is buying Kirkland's generic in warehouse at Costco, which is rarely feasible. So far, this is one has the next cheapest everday price I have found. With Prime shipping, it is very convenient. Occasionally, actual brand name Prevacid or other generics will be on sale even cheaper, and I will try to stock up then, but inevitably, I will find myself running out and this is my go-to "brand" (generic) to get shipped asap.

This generic for Prevacid works great! Great value for the price.

Well packaged in three separate containers. Maximum safe dosage is two pills daily which I have been using. This stuff works with no adverse side effects, but discontinue after two weeks.

I use this product to control my gurd. The price and idem count beats Sam's Club.

These capsules are the generic form of Prevacid. My husband has GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), and on the advice of his doctor needs to take an acid reducer long term. These work the same as the brand name, and are usually a lesser cost.
