Works great lowering seat
30in inseam and I'll take anything to get the seat a little closer to the ground. It's not so bad that I feel like I'm sliding, but low enough that I can feel the difference. Cheap and easy. :D

Only 50% true
On my BMW R1200GS the part of "Lowering" works perfectly, however the other half of "Raised" it is true just for a few minutes.During a regular riding as you accelerate, the seat shifts slightly back; as you break the seat shifts slightly forward and eventually during the ride, the rubbers turn 180 deg. ending up eventually in the lower position. I had to put back the originals were the hole it's centered as I bought them for te "Raised" part as I am 6' 4"!

Great!!
I find it strange that folks buy these to raise the seat- that is clearly not what they are designed for or, if I understand the Laws of Physics correctly, how they are going to routinely fill that task successfully. What they do amazingly well for a low price is lower the FRONT of the front seat a centimeter. I wear pants with what are labeled a 32" inseam. That is doubtfully my exact inseam but provides a good reference for this review. I have a LOW BMW seat on the lower setting. Still not flat footed and my 2007 1200RT is a beast when loaded for touring especially with a Beadrider which puts me up a bit higher. What I think also needs to be done tho, to level the seat, is to get a spare set of the bushings that ride on the end of the adjuster bar for the FRONT of the front seat's adjustment system. They are $5 each from BMW dealerships. These are the same bushings that are used at the REAR of the front seat. Then, cut these down a centimeter on the top side and voile, your seat is now correctly aligned. Without this mod you are lowering only the FRONT of your seat a centimeter and in my experience that causes me to be sliding forward on the forward tilting saddle (centimeter lower in front, remember) and repeatedly and relentlessly mashing my man parts into the tank on long rides!
