I liked the backpack because it had a lot of room but the only thing I don’t like is how the zipper sometimes gets stuck and I have to calmly close or unzip the backpack every time and how the little top pocket of the backpack leads to the main compartment causing it to have a weird flap and sometimes it gets in the way of seeing in the main compartment.

Bought this backpack for my middle school son and he loves it . Has a lot of pockets and a laptop or iPad pocket inside to keep your electronic device in place . Very durable . Well worth the price !!

The JanSport is synonymous with Backpack. I would even consider the brand "classic". This Double Break backpack is actually quite modern -- with good materials and organization. Sure it is not 500D Cordura, but the material itself is good -- 400D pack cloth. The bag does not have a lot of structure because of this material but it is not really a problem.Organization wise, the "double break" gives hint to the external organization -- two large zipper compartments with their own volume. Both have rain flap over the zipper for protection. The bottom one has pen slots and a small pleated pocket in the back for say putting your airpods.The pack has symmetrical water bottle pockets. They are deep enough for my 20oz hydroflask. There is a lined small pocket at the top for sunglasses or phones.The inside is one large compartment with a back laptop compartment this is suspended and will fit a 15 inch macbook pro.What can be improved? There are a lot of zippers on the pack. I would change out the basic zipper pulls with color coded ones. The top handle / webbing is thin. Adding some padding would help. Overall this is a great value pack. And it comes in many colors.

Both zippers on the main compartment separated from the teeth within 40 days of the order after about 3 uses. Seller would not help with a return/refund.

Extras included durable lightweight nylon material, 2 water bottle pockets on each side, 3 front zippered pockets/pouches (Large, medium, and small), and inner laptop sleeve. Unisex design and color The backpack is colored black with a bit of sheen and with a tan signature patch. It’s well made and functional. It has a carrying Handle/hook on top. The back panel and shoulder straps are padded for comfortable wear on back. The straps are adjustable. It has smooth zippers. It has a padded inner sleeve for a 15” laptop. It has a good amount of room inside the backpack for books and binders. The many zippered pouches and pockets are plus to organize and store all my teen’s stuff - for writing tools, skincare, device lines, phone, laptop, headset, etc. per the description, the backpack comes with a lifetime warranty as well! Overall, nice backpack by JanSport, recommend!

Was a great bag but the zipper in the main compartment keeps getting caught on fabric which ultimately forced us to break the zipper making it unusable. The zipper got caught in the fabric repeatedly. Very frustrating for a 10 year old and his parent! Otherwise we would have loved the bag.
