Software locked up couldn't turn it off. However I 💕 liked the emersive screen - heart 💔 broken when I could not get it to work. Spent several hours with service and Samsung - they said it was made for the carrabian and would not update typical software in US. So disappointed.

This was a great phone at a great deal. The only downfall is the "wireless charger". Frankly, it's a piece of garbage. It's not original but rather a China knockoff. Slow as a turtle, I deposited in garbage after a week.But it was a bonus.... I wouldve still purchased the phone w/o the charger.

Has all the best software built in , it has all the best things of the ultra without the stuff you will never use as well as you can add a 1tb memory card that you can't on any of the others I built mine into a powerhouse with free apps ect for the fraction of the price , do your homework this is a great buy , got it ahead of time , in factory box , with wireless charger & wall can't beat it brand new perfectly wrapped for its protection.

I bought two samsung phones to compair. Both were really nice phones , this one I'm returning is nicer but also more expensive. Worth the money if I had it! Savings shrunk ( (stocks) retirement check is a joke. Charger never worked.Less expensive phone ( note 1+) does what I need my phone to do, thanks.

I needed a dual sim that worked with Consumer Cellular and had WiFi calling. I checked out the features before I moved my sim over and could no see WiFi calling. But once I put in my sim, the option was there under the PHONE app ( three dots and then settings), not under conenctions. I am thrilled! This is the 4th phone I have ordered, and basically I had to go up a price point or two to get what I wanted. It is sleek and thin. Lightening fast on the internet compared to my old phone ( very old model). Now I can move to Portugal and still make and get calls from the US. The camera is way way better than anything I have had before.

THIS is the phone I have looking for: a true two-physical-nano-sim-card phone. After purchasing and returning 3 phones, I almost gave up. I considered rooting my OnePlus 5T to update to Android 11. But I decided to try one more. This phone came in product box with quality control stickers that note "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN". Phone came with charging cable, charging brick and wireless charging pad. I just finished setting up phone (Smart Switch makes is so much easier) and phone is fully functional. While new toys are always fun, I am more excited that this seller advertised correctly!

Three stars to the seller.So, the description says it includes a Wireless Charger Bungle and I didnt get it. What I got was an extra C-Cable and a adapter to charge the phone in the car. And I think that both things are cheaper than the wireless charger. Besides that the phone by itself works perfectly.

Phone works, but the "bundle" did not include a wireless charger. Tried contacting seller, who said that it should have been there, then did absolutely nothing. No follow up after multiple messages. Now I'm told I cannot even contact them at ALL because the return window has lapsed. Way to go. Buyer beware.

El celular me encantó, trabaja de forma muy fluida y sin ninguna traba. La carga rápida es excelente. Me llego la base de carga inalámbrica y funciona a la perfección. Salió un poco más caro que la versión de Exynos, pero creo que valió la pena.Queja del servicio de Paquetería:Que bueno que la empresa pone el celular y el cargador inalámbrico dentro de una bolsa dentro de la caja de cartón, ya que los de la paquetería ROMPIERON la banda azul de Amazon que rodea el paquete por las esquinas (no lo abrieron del centro), supongo que intentaron robarse el cargador inalámbrico que es delgado girando la caja al revés para intentar que cayera y saliera por alguno de los espacios de los costados. Es la primera vez que me llega un paquete de Amazon con la banda azul rota por los costados y en esas condiciones. El paquete lo recibió un familiar, de lo contrario no lo hubiera aceptado en esas condiciones. Por suerte no se pudieron robar nada, gracias a que el vendedor metió todo dentro de una bolsa bien sellada dentro del paquete.

I've had the phone for 2 days now and so far so good.Pros: Quality display with smooth response. Camera works as advertised and the model matches the description. Dual SIM functionality is great with up to 4G service.Cons: Comes loaded full of typical Samsung bloatware; Can be removed / uninstalled via ADB shell if you know how to use it.BE AWARE!!! Do NOT expect a brand-new factory OEM unit. Mine arrived with obvious signs that it has at least been opened as the seal was broken on the box and more obviously, dust and fingerprints on the unit inside. Other reviewers indicated possible Trojan virus being loaded on the phone... haven't experienced anything yet, but will be keeping a close eye on my accounts for the next few months. You've been warned!

Edit: It does come with a Fast Charger updated to 5 stars. I thought this was for the Wireless Charger but Vendor told me it was for the Phone. I will also review the camera once I am more familiar with it.I received my Samsung S20FE 4G phone on time and here is my review over the last two days. I will update if anything changes. Bottom line I am pleased with this purchase and would have given it 5 stars had the charger been a North American plug.Let’s start off with having read some of reviews about bloatware, virus, not a new phone. For me the phone was brand new, arrived in a shrink-wrapped box no physical signs of damage or usage. Not a lot of bloatware. It also came with the described wireless charger which I plugged in, put the phone on it seems to work. I really can’t see a big need for a wireless charger, for me just as convenient to plug it in as you must plug the charger in anyway. I suppose if you lost all the regular USB-C charging cables.The goodThis is the 4G version. I knew that going in. For the price difference that is what I wanted. For me the 5G infrastructure where I live is limited. It will be years before that is mainstream and by then I will be ready for a new phone.It is dual sim or single sim / micro sd card. I have a 256gb micro-SD card and my carries sim card which I just transferred from my old phone (Samsung Galaxy s9+). I am with TELUS – worked flawlessly.Screen is beautiful. Phone is flawless at 120Hz, HDR10+, 1080 x 2400 pixels,. Go to you tube to see some settings you can use. I enabled dark mode (Battery and eye saver), and a few other things. Youtube videos play seamlessly.Sound surprised me. While I don’t often listen to my phone without headphones, the stereo speakers and equalizer makes a difference. Sound is much better than any other phone I have used.I have big hands, phone size is perfect. Still fits in my pocket.Performance is great. Exynos vs Snapdragon (this is Exynos version) not sure I could tell the difference. Perhaps if you do a lot of gaming you would notice, but for me it was a wash.I don’t use face recognize feature, but I do use fingerprint. Takes a bit of effort to get the initial fingerprint registered. Once it is registered so far, I have found the response on the reader quick and flawless.Fast charger plugin supplied with the wireless charger is a standard North American plug and works great to quickly charge the phone.UnknownLong term battery performance. There have been a few complaints about the battery. Only owning it for a few days I can’t give a long-term view. I can say day one over 14 hours or so, I went from 100% to about 49%. I have several email accounts and apps that run in the background. I was on the phone itself for maybe 1.5 hours total (dealing with my carrier to add a new line got a great deal, however long time on hold and talking) . Viewed some video’s checked mail every so often, created my personalized folders for apps , listened to some music just to test. For me that’s an all-day battery. I don’t expect today’s phones to last more than a full day if they are used. If you were watching movies or gaming all day, probably a different story. I also charged it to 100% before I went to bed and in the morning about 7 hours later it was still a 94%.Have not tested water resistance and dust proof. Don’t plan to but nice to know it has that feature.The not so goodIt is an international version. The plug in for the USB-C supplied cable is an Asian one and will not fit a North American wall socket. If this is the only USB plug in you have, you will need to either buy an adapter or get a new one. For me a nonissue, I have several I can use.It is unfortunate to use 2 sim’s you have to take the SD card out. I do travel occasionally and next time we go I may buy a sim for that country and try it out. Not a daily need for dual sims so I can live with that and again I knew this going in.Also, unfortunate no support for eSim. I have read various articles that it’s a hardware issue and it’s a software issue that can be addressed by firmware update. (also your carrier has to support it , Telus does). Regardless dual sim will work if I need to keep my regular number and use a card for data in another country – just no SD card.Heads upSamsung offers an application called SmartSwitch used to transfer data from one Samsung phone to another. It took a couple of tries to get the phones to connect wirelessly but eventually they did. I had a lot of video’s and pictures on my Samsung s9+ (64gb internal and 64gb card) and do to this wirelessly took about 7 hours (my speeds are not the best maybe 40mbs). SmartSwith has a PC / IOS version, I should have backed up the old to my PC and then using USB cable move the data. Lesson learned.Also while it transferred all the apps, make sure you remember all the passwords for your apps. I had to reset a few that I do not use often. If you use a google account for everything or the same email/password, you should be good to go.

The phone feels new. I can't knock that. It came with a European charger? with a USB C cable. It also came with a terrible wireless charger. The charger takes micro usb, which it came with. It came with a counterfeit samsung box charger (which I think fried other electronics plugged into the same power bar... ) . The wirleess charger died in less than a month. Do yourself a favour and buy your electronics from a reputable seller. This is junk and I would NOT recommend.
