I love these butterfly clips. They're stylish & cute. They stay on better than your typical plastic clips. These are metal, and more sturdy. My hair has been in an awkward growth stage after chemotherapy. It has taken a year for it to grow six inches in length. My hair has always been curly and thick, but never this short. It has been a challenge trying to tame it. These clips have helped so much in keeping my hair back, and away from my eyes.

These hair clips are nice, pretty, metal, and small. They seem well made. I thought they would be good for my fine hair, but they are too heavy and the opening is too large. They slip right out of my hair. If I put my hair in a pony tail, these will be nice accents, but that's it.

I purchased three things from this seller/listing: the Bohemian Tribal Gem Stone clips, the Slide-On Updo Crystal Rhinestone Claw and the Simple Gold Tone Large and Small Metal Hair Claws. They're all beautiful and well-made. Five stars for each. The small Bohemian Gem Stone clips (just plastic stones) are very cute. They're small, so they don't hold much hair, but they make a nice accent with a very current look. The Slide-On Updo Crystal Rhinestone Claw is really beautiful! Looks just like the picture. I can hold all my long, thick (though fine in texture) hair up in a bun with it pretty well. A French twist would probably work too, but I'm not very good at that and it's a challenging style for my very long hair that doesn't have much texture (tends to slip out of up hairstyles). Also love the Gold Tone Large and Small Metal Hair Claws. They're simple and strong and hold a lot of hair well without being too heavy.

These are a bit heavy, but look perfect for my modified Gibson tuck I do with my hair! I only use one at a time, but really wanted something that looked nice head-on, not just from the side. These look gorgeous from any direction! And they aren't overly dressy with rhinestones and such. They are cute and ultra-feminine and alsmost demure looking. I don't have a very "sweet" personality, so I like to feed my girly side, sometimes. 😁They are REALLY strong. I'm pretty sure they could be used as mousetraps in a pinch. Which is good, as they are weighty as mentioned. But they actually seem to stay where you put them better than expected. And being made of real metal... You can probably hand them down to your grandkids 20 years from now. Plastic ones always end up with broken prongs/teeth... Which really annoys me. You will definitely not have that issue with these. They were designed by Tony Stark or something.The only trouble I've had is that when removing them, you need to be careful not to have any hair around all those lovely roses. It won't hurt the ceramic flowers... But it sure will tangle your hair and make things difficult. For real fun, do as I did and fall asleep with one in! Only kidding, I definitely do not advise this... Though it didn't hurt the clip at all being squashed under my head for 9 hours, it didn't even dislodge it a fraction of an inch... so that's saying something!My only sadness or complaint was that they don't have smaller styles, or different colours or styles like this that look great from the "top". I'd especially love them on silver clips, as I don't actually wear much gold. But that's in no way a reflection on this actual item, if anything it's a sadness because these are so lovely! Hopefully the seller can ask the manufacturer to make more varieties like this... Because I'd definitely buy them!

Very pretty flowered clips..heavy duty! These are no joke and not cheaply made. Very thick, I don't think you could break a prong if you tried. I love the details on the flowers and the colors. You can match these clips to a lot of outfits. Very feminine look to them which I love. I am a woman not a little girl and I love them. Actually, I don't think I would buy them for a little girl these are so nice I wouldn't want her losing them.

Beautiful vintage accessories. They feel very long lasting and fit tight to the hair. Lovely design and many possibilities of use in different hairstyles. I have received a lot of compliments about them. I reviewed many similar products before buying them and now I'm sure these are the best ones on Amazon!!Also they have an excellent customer service, following up the status of the order until delivery. These clips are adorable. They were bigger than I had pictured in my head, but I love the size! Perfect for pulling back my hair. They are stronger than any of the clips I currently own. I don't feel like they are going to fall out if I touch my hair while they're in. The color is nice and goes with most of my neutral jewelry. Shipping was very quick. Overall, a great random amazon purchase.

I gave these two stars because the design and idea were unique. My wife said that both of these were very small, stiff and a little too cheap in appearance for the price. She was worried she'd be popping off stones trying to put them in her hair. They are true to color. We did return them. Someone with very fine-thin hair or younger may be be able to use them, but they are not big enough to be a statement piece as she says. The customer service provided was polite and I do appreciate that!

I have very very fine naturally curly hair that is very silky when straightened. It's it usually a nightmare trying to pin hair up. Kirby grips are too tight and break hairs, the cheap bendy barette clips from boots either break hair, or pull or slip out of place, or too heavy or stick into scalp when resting head. These lovely little things are solid, one clip can hold up alll my hair in a bun and does not shift out of place....and sorts all of the above. Lovely

Lovely little clips that look great from a distance. Quite pricey for quality and details when inspected. Despite this, they did a job and seem pretty strong when usrd once.Overall, would reccomend and most probably would buy again.
