Not much taste other than bitter
Doesn't taste like cerrado that I've had before. Maybe it's old; no roast date provided. Don't mean to be mean, but disappointed because we can get better tasting shelf stuff off the shelf....

The coffee has a great flavor and does not upset my stomach. I
I love to have a good cup of coffee in the morning, most of the coffees upset my stomach, but this one doesn’t. I’m very happy with it.

Medium roast, overall a solid cup of coffee.
This is a flavorful cup of coffee in a medium blend. I drink it black and it's smooth and a nice way to wake up in the morning.

Dark roasted Brazilian coffee - descent quality
Not a bad coffee - seems to be a descent quality compared to other brazilian coffees I’ve tried in the past. The flavor is stronger than Breakfast Roast from Iron Brew.

Very tasty city-roast style coffee
I enjoyed this Iron Brew Cerrado Gold coffee. The coffee was a city roast, so a bit lighter than my usual french roasts, but a very tasty, brighter change that still packed a lot of flavor. The Cerrado Gold coffee was pre-ground in a way that works well for drip coffee makers and the size of the granules was very consistent. The bag had no written production or expiration date on it, although it seemed fresh enough. The coffee is stated as single-origin premium arabica from Brazil, but also has a logo saying "local tastes better" which is a bit confusing for a product sold on Amazon, but I think this is a new market for a coffee that is traditionally sold around the South Carolina production facility.

Dark. Smooth. Well-balanced.
I usually shy away from a full-city roast, because I tend to gravitate toward the lighter side, but I thought I'd give this one a try.Pleasantly surprised with the overall character. Definitely a dark roast, but not enough to be smoky or burnt like some I've had. Along with the rich dark flavors, some of the brighter fruity notes are able to shine through.Overall, a very nice coffee.

Good lighter roast coffee
This coffee is a lighter flavor than I've been drinking but I liked it. Not for someone who wants a strong, dark coffee flavor.

Meh...not excited by this coffee
I was suckered in by the "profoundly rich aroma and flavor" line in the description. While not a bad coffee, neither of these things are true. I find both the aroma and flavor to be mild and a bit on the weak side for my personal preference.Still drinkable, but I ended up mixing it with a dark roast because it just didn't have much personality of its own.
