I was a bit sceptical at first but the belt has done a good job on my lower back. It fits well and not uncomfortable and seems to be well made. The pad gets warm but only noticeable when sat down or driving. I am pleased with it so far.

Wasn't sure if this would help when I bought it, but a low price (compared to others) and simple design, I thought it would be worth a try. Being a tall person (6'8") when I am on my feet all day or on a long hike, I often get lower back ache. Wearing this belt on medium tightness actually helps to the point I can last all day on my feet without back ache. Also, in the gym doing chin-ups (belt worn tighter) the belt allows me to keep going much longer with no back problems. I guess these belts are going to be subjective and may help some people more than others, but it certainly has helped me.Not sure about the magnets or self heating,.... I don't really think that makes any difference - but doesn't matter.

To support for my back when I'm lifting and belly muscles.I come back whit another review, I don't have it for not a month and is broken already, is good but so easy to broke , I don t recommend.

I use the support when I play badminton to protect my lower back. It is lightweight, very comfortable and the Velcro straps provide perfect adjustment. What takes a bit of getting used to is the warming effect of the magnets but my back feels great during and after play.

Good quality, fits very well and can be altered to any size. Velcro is very strong

I have had a back support belt for a number of years and wanted a change, see if i could improve the support i was getting. My previous belt was losing the elasticity. So I bought this but it was virtually no use to support my lower back. The side straps are far too long and attach to the belt near the front, thats just making it all round tight not straightening my back. No this is not good for lower back pain.

I like it very much, I don't know if I can wash it or not it is lightweight, fit well and easy to use, good quality and does support my back good and it is breathable, support is great

We have some lower back pain in the family. Ordered this for my brother in a size large and he likes it. It helps decrease lower back pain and doesn’t itch or feel weird on the skin. If you wear it under your shirt, it’ll cause you to sweat so bear that in mind.My biggest issue with this is that the smallest size offered is a L and that’s too large for my 24 inch waist
