This tablet was working great for a few months then stopped working. It randomly shut off one day and even charging it doesn’t come back on

I bought this tablet for my granddaughter when we go on the road. She's only 1.5 years old so you can imagine that she will toss it around. The rubber case protector make it safe for thos types of falls. At first I was scared but the case is durable and sturdy. It has a stand so that I can place it on a table. Easy to set up and use. When we are on the road we will have a happy camper watching her favorite TV show Cocomelon. 😀

I bought this tablet 2 months ago not only is it the slowest tablet on Earth, yes I've done all the updates, but now the battery will not charge so I have to go buy a brand new tablet already.do not purchase this it is trash. We did nothing to the tablet that would make it break there is no reason for it to not be working already. The whole time we've had it it would turn itself on and off it has never worked right.

I bought this for my son, he hasn't even had it a year yet and the charging port went out. The battery doesn't hold a charge at all. It's very slow running tablet. I will not buy again!

It was great for my 4 year old until a few weeks ago when the charger port when out. Took it to a repair shop who couldn't fix it because it needed micro soldering and being in rual south the only repair place that does micro soldering is 3 hours away. She only got to use it for 5 months if that... but before that it was great for my 4 year old.

This tablet arrived quick and was so easy to set up. My daughter loves it and has not put it down since it arrived. It’s easy to download new apps and she plays them with no problems. It also keeps charge for a while so she can play longer without having to stop and recharge.The case is also very thick and she loves the stand attached to it. It’s easy to use so she can set the tablet down and watch her YouTube videos.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great tablet! It is pretty easy to set up - especially if you already have a Google account. I set up a child account for my child and it is very easy to monitor and use the parental controls. The case is very sturdy and had a nice adjustable stand. It also comes with a stylus, charger cable and a warranty.

compré 2 tablets y en una de ellas las aplicaciones de Google no funcionaban y la tablet se apagaba, así que me puse en contacto con el proveedor y enseguida me realizaron el cambio, ya que ni con un reset se solucionaba. muy buen trato con la persona que me atendió. Por lo demas, funcionan muy bien, la pantalla se ve muy bien, podemos instalar aplicaciones sin problema y las niñas están muy contentas.
