Wow, I'm really impressed with this massager. It really seems to be a game changer for me, because of the fact that it massages both my feet AND calves...where I tend to be so tight! I'm 63 years young and very active, but the thing that limits my activity a bit are my feet. I have spent so much time and money on orthotics, shoe inserts, steroid injections, various stretching techniques, massage, physical therapy, special shoes, yada yada yada. I did a PRP injection which really has promoted healing, but I started to have some nagging pain again recently, so I checked out the positive reviews for this device and ordered the LifePro massager. What a joy to just sit for about 20 minutes daily and see such a tremendous improvement!!! However, be aware that this device does VERY deep massage, and while I have size 11 feet, I am not heavy, nor do I have "thick" legs. BE SURE TO HAVE IT ON LEVEL 1 FOR BOTH LEGS AND FEET WHEN YOU FIRST TRY IT! I was very surprised at how deeply it massages...and I'm sure this is why it's so effective, but be aware it's not just a gentle rolling sensation. Anyway, I am truly grateful to have such an easy way to restore my feet and calves! I highly recommend you give this device a try if you have foot issues and are open to deep muscle therapy, it may have a very profound effect on you also.

My dear spouse drives a lot (auto, not trucker). Like 30,000 miles last year a lot. When it's been a really, really long driving day, his feet swell some and they hurt. I have a LifePro Rumbles 4D which I love and use nearly every day and when the opportunity arose to get this foot massager for him, I did. He uses it several times a week and it really helps him with the leg cramps and fatigue from driving. It's not heavy at all and I can move it around when I need to without any problems. The instructions say to "wash and dry" your feet, but he doesn't do that, he just keeps his socks on. Should the cloth bits where your feet go get dirty or smelly (from dirty feet) they do zip out so you can hand wash and air dry them. Great product!

Everything works well except that the heat isn’t working(will exchange). It does push my legs forward while massaging my calves and I have to keep repositioning my legs. I do plan on keeping it and love this product for making my feet and legs feel good after a long day on my feet.

I got home today to find the pictured letter in my mailbox. It looked like it was going to be junk mail but I opened it anyway. Sure glad I did.Upon purchasing this product, I didn't expect a lifetime warranty! I mean, what company does this? I am very pleased to have the massager in the first place as it is a wonderful machine. But this was a huge unexpected bonus!The company actually cares about what it's consumers think and want their product to be reliable; not just today but FOREVER! I would not skip a beat in purchasing something from this company in the future. I'm sincerely happy with the product and the company. I'm so pleased that I wrote this review within minutes of receiving this letter and I'm not one to waste my time writing them.Thank you LIFEPRO and consumers, if you are interested this massager, just buy it. You won't regret it.

Do not expect heat as described !! Got 1st machine from Amazon. No heat and made a popping noise. Contacted Amazon and they sent new machine very quickly. It worked great but NO HEAT. It DOES HELP with my neuropathy. Contacted Amazon again. They gave me number for Lifepro i got no answer. Contacted Lifepro by email. Response was helpful and sent a new machine. Good thing I waited to send the second machine back as this one the vibration quit on the third use. Contacted Lifepro again they sent another machine. It also quit on the third use. Told them I would keep the second machine as it DOES HELP but NO HEAT. Lifepro gave me a $20 refund for the hassle and now has offered a full refund but told them I didn't want that as the machine DOES HELP with my neuropathy and I want to keep it even if the heat doesn't work. They really try hard to stand behind there product and customer service. Thank you Lifepro
