Cracked immediately at low heat in the first minute.Went rusty.Poor quality.

it works and it's good
A pretty good slab for meat! one side smooth (easier to clean) and the other grilled for a more aesthetic result. Only issue is that it doesn't quite sit properly on the gas hob maybe a square or rectangular one would be better.

Griddle cracked after its second use smashing my induction hob glass top rendering it useless
Do not use this griddle on any induction hob as one of the other reviews indicated that it too had cracked. The griddle split with such a force as it physically jumped off the hob and smashed the glass topped hob. I’ve had to buy a replacement hob which cost me £300.00.The painted surface didn’t even stand a brush and soap clean before the paint peeled and then rusted.

Great
Good and heavy. I bought this to replace my cast iron pan which I dropped on concrete and it broke lol. I can't comment on the grill side as I don't use it. I use the flat side for making Irish soda farls and it's perfect for the job.

Great for BBQ
Used to cook smash burgers on the bbq and it did the job. They did stick a bit but that was my fault as I seasoned the plate in a rush, I will do it again properly before using again

Deux en un super top
C’est un deux en un très pratique, et qui ne prend pas de place. J’ai hésité longtemps avant d’acheter vu les avis pas toujours positifs. En fait, la fonte ne s’entretient pas comme le Téflon… il faut laver à l’eau claire très chaude, essuyer un peu et surtout huiler ensuite toute la surface en fonte. Et ça après chaque utilisation. Ne pas utiliser d’abrasif, pas produit vaisselle, mais un brosse en bois à poils durs. Quand elle sera faite, je compte un an, je pourrais ne pas la huiler avant de la ranger de mon placard. C’est long et c’est court, ça dure la vie entière un ustensile en fonte. Ce sont des petites contraintes… mais c’est un produit durable !
