Great tool, only 1 battery worked.
The media could not be loaded. Great tool, easy to use. After the 1st battery ran out of charge I tried the second, only to find out that one of the clips was broken. I tried it anyway because it was secured by the 2nd clip but it didn't operate the tool. When placing the battery in the charger, the green light illuminated, stating it was charged, as you can from the video it still doesn't operate the tool. I tried to contact the seller but my only option is to send it back for a refund where I'm only asking for a replacement battery. Overall the tool is good but you do need a 2nd battery for continuous use. If the seller can contact me, that would be great.

Heavier than expected, both batteries never seem to fully charge.
Very heavy for its size, tried to charge batteries and after 24hrs on each one they still showed red. Important part missing from package would need to return whole package to get a replacement. Will be returning for refund. Bought this with a discount and still not worth the money.
