is working best for me right now
Though I rely on these reviews extensively, I seldom contribute one. But this seems worth it. I have been using Crila for years for BPH. I read about it in a local newspaper article. As many of you, I was desperate. I followed directions, starting first with 8 per day and backing off to 2 per day. I find that 2 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. is working best for me right now, in combination with a prescription drug.Crila is not perfect. I still appreciate restrooms every 3 holes on the golf course, though often I can skip one or more. Car trips require stops every hour or so. But with these accommodations, I no longer need Depends. I can go out feeling I am pretty much in control, as long as I am vigilant. Over the last 30 plus years, I have tried several prescription drugs. None worked very well for me and most had side-effects that were downright scary. At this point, Cardura works best for me, but only in combination with Crila. None of the over-the-counter supplements worked well, including Saw Palmetto with Pygeum. I will continue to experiment. I read and research extensively. But until perfection comes along (Anyone holding their breath?), I will continue to rely on Crila. I'm sure your journey has been different since none of us are the same. I wish you well. You may find Crila worth a shot.

Did not work.
I purchased this item to reduce the number of night time bathroom visits.I used the entire 120 count bottle with no reduction in bathroom visits.I sure wish it would have worked.

Currently $130 a bottle...not worth it
At best, these capsules might have helped me sleep a little bit longer. Still getting up to use the restroom but instead of 2am, it moved to 4am. But this timing is always a little variable, so there's no attributing to these supplements (or, to be fair, no reason not to).Anyway, even if I give them that benefit of a doubt, there's no way it's worth the money. The pills ARE easy to swallow. That's good. But there are other supplements out there that AREN'T this pricey, and in my experience "work" just as well.

Crila Rocks!
I started using Crila several years ago as a preventative measure after my father had prostate cancer. At the time I was getting up 2-3 times a night for bathroom trips. After I started taking Crila I started sleeping all night long, deep dreaming sleep. You do have to follow the instructions and do the “load” for the first month or two for it to work properly. I love it and would never switch to a saw palmetto prostate supplement.

Expensive and very little evidence yet
I was very curious to try this "new" prostate health, though the high price tag makes me reluctant to reorder. I'm also not sure how to measure success. If you have urgency issues, then I would highly suggest keeping a log to see if this actually does anything (and please share your results with the rest of us!).I've read through just about all the available literature on this, and the jury is still out on it in my opinion. There just aren't enough anecdotal stories to amount to much. The studies were very limited. Most of the information available is just marketing materials from the brand. If you have the money to spend, and have tried everything else, it's probably worth a try - it's GMO free and vegan, which is important to me. There are a dozen other things you can try that are cheaper and have more of a track record.

Might Work but are Very Expensive
My husband says it’s really hard to quantify how well this product works. It’s expensive and the directions recommend four capsules a day to start with and then switch to 2 after 10 – 20 days. That’s a lot of capsules when you factor in the steep price tag. It costs about 2-3x most prostate health supplements. My husband had been taking saw palmetto capsules which helped improve flow in the morning and helped with his slightly thinning hair. He stopped taking those when he switched to this supplement. He hasn’t been taking it for a month yet, so what he noticed so far is that flow is slightly reduced but he sleeps through the night easier. Normally, if he wakes up during the night, he finds he needs to go to the bathroom before he can sleep again. Recently he started sleeping till his alarm goes off or a full 7-8 hours it takes for him to be completely rested. How much of this is due to the capsules and how much is due to environmental changes with spring coming, we don’t know. At $130, it’s a shame that these are so expensive because it makes it hard to recommend them when there are so many established cheaper alternatives. If you have side effects from the other supplements then definitely give these a try. Once you have gotten through the initial period of 4 a day these 120 capsule packs last 2 months.

Crila Works For Me And It's Not Only Prostate Related
It took me just over three weeks at the higher suggested dosage until I started seeing benefits including reduced (from 5-6 to only 2)"night-time bathroom "visits" and a generally good overall feeling and increased daytime energy. I did my homework before buying Crila and read that some regular users also experience other benefits such as better control of their weight and overall health. It sure works for me! And, as a post script I just had my annual physical (four months after starting to take Crila). My PSA reading was one-half of what it was last year and is now well within the normal range. Thank you, Crila!
