Beech Wood Assembly Base Samurai Sword Katana Wakizashi Tanto Stand Holder Display 2 Layer

While not perfect this is a considerable step up from the cheap composite material based stands that are typically sold in martial arts supply stores. This is actual wood, and it makes a difference. It is very simple to piece together and holds both Katana and Dotanuki with ease. My only critique would be the use of screws/bolts for assembly. It seems a bit jarring as many of these stands come together easily without the use screws or bolts rather simply instead fitting the pieces together. And similarly it reduces the strength of the overall stand and makes it somewhat "wobbly".However even with two full sized swords this has proven a very (VERY) minor issue. And ultimately if it can suit Dotanuki than it should suit most similar weapons. Overall a great value for the money that at least seeks to elevate itself from the basic level of stand to which we are often accustomed.

Warped wood and unbalanced, returned and replaced, second was warped too. Woodwork and assembly is good but both sets rocked on flat surface
