The deterrent spray didn't work with my cats. They were not affected by the spray at all. For example, they just climb up on the counter when the spray was applied many times, over many days. The pets need a lot a time to get conditioned by it, if it worked with my cats.

This size bottle is not going to last for the 2 weeks 3-4 times daily suggested. It smells nice, but my cat doesn't mind it either. A lot of the small spray bottles will have the same problems. I got scat mats instead. I also live in an apartment and when a smell deters my cat I will not be able to interact with the cat since the smell won't be far from where the cat and I are together.

This stuff is quite literally just a bottle of lemon juice.I received a simple little cardboard box with zero padding so the bottle had been shaken around and semi-exploded during transit. I did what I could to repair it, but half the juice was gone already.And that's exactly what it is; lemon juice. Plain old lemon juice.There's a long standing old wive's tale that lemon juice will deter cats, but it's incorrect. Cats are not at all deterred by lemon juice, which is actually a bigger problem than this stuff just being a failure of what it claims to do. Lemon juice is, in fact, extremely poisonous to cats. If it gets on the cat from them laying over a spot or getting sprayed, they can lick it while grooming and become incredibly ill. Possibly to a point of death.So not only will this do nothing to deter your cat, but it could also potentially kill them.

Tried product for a few days, but didn't stop my kittens from scratching where I sprayed. Spraying 4x per day is unrealistic for someone who works. Had a nice scent, but I think my kits enjoyed it as much as I did!

Seems to have aided our efforts some, yet to spray several times a day...it lasted me only a couple days. Not enough for price.

Didnt work at all. I sprayed the furniture and my 6month old kittens sniffed the chair and layed down on it. Sprayed the Christmas Tree and my little kitten promptly climbed the tree and layed on the branches.
