I’m a resident of Minnesota and was intrigued by this cookbook by a world renowned explorer! I absolutely have no regrets about buying this book! The pork recipe I chose to make first is awesome!!! Looking forward to trying everything AND my copy was signed by Will Steger!

This book is an inspiration on so many levels! The simplicity of the recipes, the familial history, the message, the setting, the orientation to sustainability. I love Will Steger’s introduction to the Chapters and Rita Mae Steger’s introduction to the recipes! They show a personal touch to a community. It’s a beautiful book!
