I was originally looking for simple salt tablets. As a bedbound disabled man, when I sleep, I tend to sweat a lot. When you combine that with an iffy appetite, you get low sodium.Not finding salt tablets, I widened the search a little and found SMUG Electrolyte Complex. This not only gives me salt, but balances other bits and pieces of a damaged system!I have now bought from them twice (stocking up for the Chrimble period!) and I can say they're excellent. A good price, they arrive promptly when ordered, good packaging (although I would suggest finding a permanent container, (like in my image!) and are all round a decent purchase. Serious thumbs up!

On a fasting session we need salts .. this does it

they would be better coming as a powder with a scoop since they don’t dissolve or break up in water. Also I didn’t realise when I purchase but there is no much magnesium in them
