Top notch
Careful, detailed, and enlightening flashcards - you can really tell it was a labor of love for the author. My homeschooled sons went through the entire deck preparing for the AP - and had a fun time doing it. Recommended for anyone who loves history, even if you're not planning on taking the AP test.

Not a good study aid
These are not helpful. They contain relevant information, but are not a useful study aid for quizzing yourself. Each card has a topic on one side and lengthy bullet-pointed elaborations on the back. There is nothing mnemonic about the format. It is as if someone at Barron’s said “Take this workbook and break it down into flash cards. It’ll be something more to sell.” These facts would’ve been useful in an outlined chronological workbook format, but not like this. Don’t get them.

Used for two kiddos in the course now...
These are great to AP exam review. My daughter used them first, and now I'm reviewing with them with my son. Highly recommend.

Too much info per card for us to use effectively
These cards were much less helpful than I expected to use in a study pair ... like one person quizzing the other person. There are literally hundreds of words on each card—-loonnngggg sentences in small type. If that’s what you are looking for— perfect for you. We bought for high school AP class to study for tests (four tests per school year) but she ditched the cards on second test and scored 10 points higher. Guess it depends on the student.

It’s supposed to be flashcards
The “flashcards” are super long with tons of information on each card which renders them all but useless in a quiz type situation. I can’t think of anyway to actually use them when there is usually four long sentences on each one. There is no way to actually memorize the vocabulary when it tells me every single thing that was involved in the word or phrase

Not Super Useful
I feel like these cards aren’t helpful for retaining information. They plaster 3-6 sentances on each card which is helpful in the sense of information but doesn’t belong on a flashcard. Instead of getting these flash cards, I’d suggest getting the actual prep book itself

Excellent tool
Excellent resource for studying for the AP Euro exam! Probably my favorite study tool!

Poor condition
The box holding the cards was damaged. The package was wrapped in plastic and appears to be new. But, 7 cards are missing from the box.
