Great for Grilling Smaller Items
These tongs are great for grilling small items like veggies, shrimp, chicken strips, and even hot dogs. The small size allows you to get a good grip on the food you are grilling. A lot more precision compared to larger tongs. I think they are too small to handle larger items and probably not great on an open fire where your hands might get burnt. They are much stronger then aluminum tongs, but have the same qualities of being light weight and will never rust. The tongs are designed well and provide a solid grip. I use them with a spatula when cooking steaks and larger items.. I expect them to last forever, if I don't lose them. They are small.

Lightweight and comfortable in the hand
I wanted a set of smaller tongs to use when camping, and these are perfect. The right size (6.5 inches) and very lightweight, but they are nicely finished with grippy etching on the tips so that the hold onto food well. I am very pleased with these, and they even came with a little mesh bag for storage. Great product.

Good tongs
It's nice. Smaller than it looks, even though I knew it was only 6 inches. The 2 ends aren't perfectly aligned, but no big deal. Not too much to mess up here

Titanium
These are great little tongs. Somebody said "they aren't sturdy enough" well not if you're cooking a cowboy steak. But hot dogs brats chicken wings or drumsticks hamburgers a filet of fish a normal size steak you're not going to have a problem with these. They even work great when you have a pot of soup going and you have items in there you want to move around. Not too big not too small lightweight but doesn't really nest in anything. Comes with its own cinch bag so you don't have a bunch of things clanking around as you walk. These are worth having. It might not be a necessity but it is a very lightweight luxury. I can turn sausages or bacon or even a steak with no problem. Make sure you buy the right size for what you intend on doing with them. I'm aware that when I am hiking I do not cook or eat like I do when I'm not. So you don't need real big. But you don't want tweezers either. Pay attention to the size and cross reference if it's metric to make sure you get what you think you are. Simply ask Google what the standard version of the metric version is. If it says for example 15 cm. Just ask what is 15 centimeters? And then look at all the different options to make sure you pick the right one. You can do the same thing with liquid measures keeping in mind how many ounces of water you are capable of carrying with your gear and understanding how much water you need for each task and buy accordingly. Titanium is expensive so make sure you buy right the first time. I say this to people who hike not necessarily set up base camp. I use stainless and cast iron if it is a base camp. But when I'm hiking I want the lightest gear possible but strong enough for what I'm going to throw at it because water is your heaviest item that you carry. And you need to have plenty of it or at least know that there is a source for it. And pack weights should never exceed 1/3 of your body weight 60 lb is the standard. And trust me with any kind of Terrain that is a workout. Ounces lead to pounds pounds lead to pain. That's why we buy titanium. The added benefit is it is naturally antibacterial. So if you're just hiking up to a remote fishing spot or something only accessible by foot you're going to like having these when you cook your food along with every other piece of titanium gear you have secured for yourself. And these like all titanium are easy to clean and easy to stow away.

Great for a mini backpacking twig-burning stove
I added these to my backpacking pack, for moving coals and adjusting twigs in my little firebox nano woodburning stove. Helps to keep my coals in the stove and the fuel going in without overheating my fingertips.Durable, lightweight, good length for tending tiny fires, good grip strength for lightweight tasks. Love ‘em!

Lightweight, sturdy, but bendy. Too flexible to handle thick cuts of meat
I bought this for an ultralight backpacking cook kit to use as multipurpose grilling tongs / chopsticks / stirring stick, etc. It's ery lightweight and sturdy. It does appear to be real titanium or an alloy. As such, it is flexible. That might be OK, or even desirable depending on how you're using the tongs, but I find that it just doesn't have the grip to, for example, flip a steak. The two sides of the tongs will just touch each other in the middle if you try to grip hard enough to pick up something more than a few ounces. Maybe if they put in some corrugations lengthwise they would be less flexible.

Ligerisimas
