Got it for my sister to help with stopping smoking, she said it works well and the price is good!

First time in 30 years and I am 10 weeks smoke free! Followed instructions and they worked well. Of course when you finish you have some cravings, but I have found it easier than other methods

I've now taken these tablets 3 times and quit smoking/vaping 3 times the problem is they make me feel rubbish so I can only bare to take them for about two weeks. For me the nicotine withdrawal is replaced by a feeling of just being generally unwell not seriously but similar to a alcohol hangover. The good thing about this is my brain does not associate this feeling with nicotine so cravings are minimal. All that said and done they have helped massively I've now read nicotine explained by William Porter to address the physiological aspect of the addiction and are 28 days free.I would rave about these but for the side effects, if you Google the plant cytosine is derived from it is poison but hey so is nicotine and I took that in various forms for 30 years. 3rd time lucky for me, perhaps I'd have done it 1st time if I could have tolerated the full course.

It works as long as you are taking these pills, once you stop the cravings return with vengeance.
